Gateway’s Lighthouse Landing is a 70-acre Mississippi River waterfront “themed destination” real estate development.  The project is “SHOVEL READY”.  In fact, our first sale has been completed—2 acres at over $1,000,000 an acre.  Initial site work has begun.

​This “themed destination” development will include a world class Marina (the only Marina within the city limits of St. Louis), an 80,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark and associated 350-room hotel with amenities, an entertainment/retail boardwalk, 100-room condo hotel on the water front, as well as multiple consumer retail pads and 3 additional dedicated hotel pads.

Lighthouse Landing’s advantageous geographic location features immediate interstate access, and enjoys the benefits of multiple municipal incentives.

Further enhancing the investment value, our development will serve as the only support facilities for the St. Louis Zoo Safari Park that has just begun development approximately 1 1/2 miles down past our front door. The existing downtown Zoo attracts 3,000,000 visitors annually!
